The Assistant Finance Director for the Costsaver division will support the finance team by managing costs, assisting with budgeting, and conducting financial analysis to enhance efficiency and savings. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Treasurer on financial planing, monitoring fundraising performance, preparing reports, suggesting cost-saving measures, and aiding in required reporting.

The Assistant Development Director will support the Treasurer in building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective donors. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to create engagement strategies, managing donor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives and events, maintaining accurate donor records, and providing reports on donor activities to enhance outreach efforts.

The B&A committee member will support the committee in all of its necessary planning and functions.

The Assistant Campaigns Director will support the Treasurer by developing and implementing fundraising campaigns to engage and nurture relationships with donors. This role involves assisting in campaign planning, coordinating donor outreach efforts, and enhancing donor retention through targeted communication and engagement initiatives.

The Creative Team Member will support the Creative Lead with media outreach, graphic design, creative content, and other communication efforts related to YDL's media presence.

The Email Content Team Member will support the Email Content Lead in crafting email communications, managing mailing lists, and analyzing the performance of campaigns.
